Cognitive Hypnotherapy for Pain:
Hypnotherapy is a viable, safe and effective method of healing pain.
More and more people are discovering that hypnotherapy is helping them to
manage their pain better and in some cases even overcome pain completely.
It is an effective way of reducing or healing pain resulting from back
pain, arthritis, phantom limb pain, migraine and even cancer.
Pain is a signal informing us that something is wrong.
Once you have had a medical check up to identify
anything that requires treatment using standard medical
practices, hypnotherapy can be used to compliment traditional
medicine. Hypnotherapy has emerged as an effective way to
alleviate pain from a wide range of conditions including
rheumatism, labour pains, migraines, etc.
Pain is often made worse when we experience psychological
problems as a result of it. Depression and anxiety are
commonly experienced as a result of chronic pain. This of course
can lead to relationship and employment problems.
The physical and emotional problems interact as the mind
and body interact and often the result is negative.
Hypnotherapy can be used to encourage your brain to release
more endorphins to relieve the pain. Hypnotherapy can also
be used to direct your mind away from the pain or to enable
you to know there is pain but just not to feel it or feel
less of it. Hypnotherapy helps you to access your subconscious
resources and redirect its energy in a positive direction.
Take action now and stop suffering needlessly.
